Reggie Enlow

Southern Visions Real Estate – 16 Years Experience

Reggie holds a degree in chemistry from Erskine College, but the chemistry that’s intrigued him most since his graduation in 2001 has been the chemistry between midlands real estate and the people it benefits. He represents properties in Lexington, Richland, Newberry and Orangeburg counties.

The Batesburg-Leesville native went to work in the real estate finance field after graduation and quickly became involved in real estate investment and sales. Since joining the Southern Visions team as an agent, he’s added extensive knowledge and expertise in new construction sales, re-sales, commercial properties and lot/acreage sales. He also markets REO properties for five South Carolina banks.

Reggie lives on Lake Murray with his wife Jennifer and their daughters Whitley and Maggie. He enjoys spending time with his family, camping, golfing, and boating on the lake. Ride around with him to property sites, and you’ll likely hear country music in the background on the radio.

He’s impressed by how the area has preserved its heritage amid phenomenal growth. “Lexington County boasts some of the best schools in the state, as it always has,” he says. “Although the population is growing steadily, the feel is still that of a tight-knit community.”

Stephanie Couch

Southern Visions Real Estate – 15 Years Experience

Home is where the heart is, as the saying goes—which is exactly as it should be, believes Southern Visions sales associate Stephanie Couch. For the Couch family, a small farm near Gilbert is their own heartland. But rural or urban, near Lake Murray or near the capital downtown, the midlands is a region where anyone can make a home of the heart.

Growing up in Greenville, Stephanie graduated from North Greenville University and became a licensed real estate agent the week after graduation. She married and moved to Lexington County shortly afterward. Real estate has become her vocational passion. She knows the midlands market well and is impressed particularly by the Lexington and Gilbert areas.

While unwinding at her family’s mini-farm, Stephanie enjoys horseback riding, pottery, listening to country music,  and going out for sushi and a movie. Constantly striving to find the perfect “home of the heart” for each client is foremost in her mind.

“Something I find very satisfying in real estate,” Stephanie says, “is finding that perfect home or property and seeing the absolute joy on a client’s face when we are able to make it a reality.”
